Our first round interview is all about you and whether Element212 offers what you need in a work environment and corporate culture.
The 2nd interview will occur with the applicable department director where we will go in-depth around your skills and experience in the field of branding.
You will complete a brief aptitude exercise to put your expertise into context.
In your final interview, you will present your aptitude exercise to our hiring team.
You will be notified of a decision concerning your application within a two week period. From start to finish, the recruitment process takes about 3 months.
