Full Time Marketing Assistant

Job Description

Element212 is seeking a creative individual who loves developing unique marketing strategies for businesses. Job Duties

  • Supports the Brand Strategist with the development of marketing strategies for assigned accounts.
    • Coordinates with team members weekly for the assigning of all account-related tasks
    • Oversees team members concerning the execution of strategies
  • Supports in monthly account reviews with the clients to evaluate effectiveness of strategy and to discuss upcoming promotional opportunities
  • Supports in managing day-to-day client communications
  • Performs miscellaneous administrative tasks related to the marketing for the clients
  • Supports in the Brand Insights™ market research
  • Interviews clients and their customers as part of research
  • Monitors industry trends for new opportunities with each client’s respective industry

Roles & Responsibilities

Supporting Brand & Research Strategist
This is a supporting position in the strategy department. You will be assisting on various projects within specific accounts for both the strategy and research teams.

Assessing & growing your accounts
Continually assessing existing and new opportunities for your clients. You will be expected to be up on industry forecasts to create effective marketing strategies.

Collaborate with creative and other departments to ensure delivery of great work
Helping to create great work by gaining access to and sharing all the information the agency team needs. You will be involved throughout the process, working with the creative team, developers, and outside vendors to produce work that meets our client’s goals and reflects their wants and needs.

Achieve the client’s marketing goals
This is the baseline skill for a marketing strategist. If the client’s goals aren’t met, it doesn’t matter if the work is good or if the relationship is strong. You will be expected to learn and understand the client’s business and short and long-term goals. You will be required to analyze metrics with key team members to show the efficacy of work.

Manage agency resources with profitability and efficiency in mind
You will be responsible for making sure the account remains profitable. This includes preventing scope creep from occurring, following or creating processes to make projects run efficiently, and asking the right questions so you have all the important information to avoid a project going through multiple rounds of revisions.

Education & Experience Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or have 2+ years experience in marketing and/or brand management.
