Full Time Graphic Designer

Job Description

Responsible for all design projects assigned by lead Brand Strategist. Needs to have a strong understanding of brand management, creative story-telling, and maintain a flexible and positive attitude toward requested changes to designs. Must be able to work independently and with a team. 

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute concepts, designs, and graphics that support both traditional print and digital media based on marketing strategy. Types of media include: logo creation, displays, website design, digital marketing, traditional collateral, and brand identity style guides.
  • Ability to establish and manage graphic standards that ensure consistency in application of clients’ brand message and brand image.
  • Communicate directly with clients and associates of all levels. Participate in client meetings and creative reviews to discuss needs and expectations.
  • Present ideas and concepts in team meetings and to clients.
  • Assist in the development and creation of presentations.
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Proof all work prior to submission and provide detailed specifications for production purposes.
  • Photo and video editing based on marketing strategies.


  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects & Premiere.
  • Knowledge of Wordpress platform is a plus.
  • Able to maneuver design tools independently.
  • Able to provide creative design ideas and communicate them visually as well as verbally or in writing.
  • Knowledge of photography and video editing.
  • Willing to take direction when creativity is limited by project restrictions.
  • Flexibility & positive attitude when design changes are requested.
  • Willing to learn how to use new web-based tools for creating and posting designs and content.
  • Knowledge of social platforms such as Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Ability to time manage efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work in an office setting and at home. 

Education & Experience Requirements

  • BA in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or equivalent
  • Professional Experience required is flexible
  • Provide thorough portfolio of work upon application
