What to Expect

As a Digital Media Buyer, you play a vital part in keeping our clients competitive in the digital marketplace. In this position, you will be responsible for implementing high-performing digital advertising campaigns, working collaboratively with our strategy team, and analyzing results for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

New Lead Support

  • Review lead’s goals to develop advertising recommendations for contracts
    • Platform recommendations
    • Ad buy Budget estimates

Advertising Management

You will work closely with the Brand Strategist to ensure advertising campaigns align with the client’s long term goals and quarterly campaigns. Responsibilities Include:

  • Set up and manage the ad buy campaigns on multiple platforms for several clients simultaneously.
  • Execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns to meet specific goals defined by each client and the Element212 strategy team
  • Create monthly analytic reports, including cost per click, conversions, and more.
  • Measure and report ad campaign performance, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Review the campaign results with the strategy team.
  • Adjust ad campaigns based on engagement and make recommendations to the team for performance improvements.
  • Optimize budget spend for advertising performance.
  • Research and propose recommended advertising budgets for different industries, platforms, and advertising goals
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and certifications.

Direct Report

You will report directly to the brand strategist. Each team member is expected to participate in whole team gatherings such as strategy and brainstorming sessions, team-building activities, and project status updates. You will also be expected to report and interpret campaign results to the brand strategies and make recommendations for campaign changes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3 years of experience in digital advertising or a related field
  • Experience in Google AdWords, Social Media Advertising, Google Display, YouTube, and other relevant digital paid platforms
  • Understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
  • Google AdWords Certified
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Ability to analyze and improve paid marketing efforts
  • Should be able to improve yourself everyday with both online and offline tutorials, as digital platforms are always changing
  • Must have media buy experience on all online platforms
