To communicate regularly - open communication is essential to every relationship, so we will respond as quickly as possible to all questions and requests, ensure you’re up to speed about any changes or updates to the work we’re doing, and allow ample time for the approval of work.
You will have the opportunity at the discovery meeting to share additional expectations you have so that we understand those and can deliver on them.

What We Expect of Our Clients:

To be honest and transparent - in order to do our job well, we need honest, transparent relationships with our clients that allow us to know their brands from the inside out.
To commit at least 2 hours a month to our work - between our monthly check-in meetings, reviewing work for approval, and any miscellaneous needs that may arise, 2 hours is the average time our clients commit to our work each month.
To provide feedback or approval on content marketing pieces in a timely manner (a lead time of 5 business days).
To trust our expertise - this does not mean “don’t challenge us,” because we love a good challenge, but rather trust that we have the growth of your brand as the foundation and purpose of everything we do.
To be respectful of our team and the work we do - a large part of design and branding is subjective, so there may be a time where you envision something different than what we create. Let’s have a respectful conversation and get it to a place where we are both happy.
