
Truck Service Inc. is an independent repair and maintenance company whose goal is to help customers get their vehicles back on the road quickly and safely. They specialize in suspension, brakes, and steering, servicing all types of light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles. Truck Service has eight locations throughout Indiana, Ohio, and Florida.
Truck Service Inc. had expanded their services to include a parts store. With their growth and expansion they had outgrown their current website and needed a more robust integrated marketing strategy that included all promoting their parts & service offerings, their multiple locations, and careers opportunities. They needed to reach the right audience of commercial vehicle owners/operators and quickly educate customers on their custom solutions.

We started with our Brand Insights™ research to gain the true picture of the Truck Service Inc. brand through team member and customer perceptions. This research provided new insights from a variety of perspectives which supported our strategy development, content positioning, and audience targeting.
Utilizing our research we redeveloped the entire Truck Service brand and marketing strategies to reflect and support their growing business and new services.
We started with redeveloping their Truck Service website, which included an intuitive navigation, updated content to provide better information and education for their audience, individual location pages to support their search optimization, and calls to action throughout the site to aid in customer conversion.
Included in the website design was a photoshoot, where our team went on site to capture imagery of their facility, team members, and services.
With the expansion of the TSI Truck Parts division, Element212 developed a new ecommerce website to allow for national sales. This website was developed as a sister company with its own brand that was adjacent to the Truck Service brand identity.
