Red Hill Fiber Mill is a full-service, small-batch fiber processing business and alpaca farm in southern Indiana. They are a family-owned and operated company, offering high-quality fiber processing services, hand-made alpaca products, and alpaca rescue agritourism.
Red Hill Fiber Mill wanted a new e-commerce website to better reflect their high-quality fiber processing services and their passion for alpacas and their fiber. They wanted the new website to connect with multiple audiences because their business provides premium fiber processing service, traditional retail products, and a service-based agritourism experience. Fiber processing is a key driver for them, so they wanted to highlight their capabilities and differentiators in that sector. Red Hill Fiber Mill’s main goals were to give a glimpse into the atmosphere of the farm and allow website visitors to request a fiber processing quote, schedule a farm tour, or buy products online.
To maintain the integrity and aesthetic of their brand, they also wanted refreshed product packaging for their candle product line. Cria Candle Co. is their hand-poured soy candle product that needed new labels as a professional way to highlight the individual alpacas on their farm. Their new labels needed to reflect the new website design to create a cohesive brand image.

Their new website provides a digital glimpse into Red Hill Fiber Mill, introducing site visitors to the joy of alpacas. The navigation offers easy online shopping for artisan-made products. It also allows visitors to make a reservation for a farm tour by paying a holding fee to reduce inconvenient no-shows for the Red Hill Fiber Mill team. Their fiber processing customers are guided to request a quote and are educated on Red Hill Fiber Mill’s fiber processing techniques, easing concerns or questions they may have. With newly redesigned labels for their candle line, their farm store now displays and uses these candles to carry across a unified brand presence.
